There
are 16 community libraries in the city and
a Central Library these offer nearly half
a million books on subjects they also include
books in large print, on tape, and in different
languages. There is also a mobile library
service this brings the service to different
locations throughout the city. The libraries
also have music, magazines, newspapers, readers
groups and lots of community information.

Allesley Park, War Memorial Park and
Coombe Country Park. Other open spaces include: Greyfriars
Green, Lady Herbert's Garden and the Garden of International
Friendship, these are two peaceful gardens near Coventry's
